Fantastic dental professionals. We switched our family of four to Media Brite Smile last summer and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Ng and Dr. Metz are phenomenal as are their dental assistants, hygienists and receptionists. Colleen is amazing with referrals and insurance coverage. No surprises. My teens were very comfortable with treatment, Colleen recommended a great oral surgeon for my daughter that took our insurance (no small feat) and my husband is very happy with his implant by MBS. I was there today for a sensitive tooth and saw Dr. Ng. Not a cavity, thankfully, and I received X-rays, photo explanation, a prescription and advice for my nighttime bruxism, as well as treatment plan including out-of-pocket costs after insurance coverage should I decide to move forward with a specialty night guard or crown. This is dental care that way it’s supposed to be; no one is pushing Botox or electric toothbrushes. Just quality patient care, attention to detail and full disclosure of costs up front.
