I recently switched to Media Brite Smile and I have had really good experiences each of the last 3 times I have visited. The first being a routine cleaning followed by a follow up visit for a cavity filled. With the most recent being another cleaning. This last visit I called in the same day hoping to squeeze in a last minute appointment, full well knowing it was a long shot. To my surprise they were able to fit me in for an afternoon appointment which was fantastic because my schedule is always challenging to find time. When I arrived I was greeted, checked in and in a chair within 5 minutes, not always the case at other practices. My dental tech was named June and she worked skillfully while cleaning my teeth making the process go quickly and with minimal waterboarding. I’ve been in dental chairs in other practices where it has felt more like Guantánamo bay drowning department lol. She was pleasant to talk to, and had me laughing about funny stories from Karaoke nights. June: “sweet Caroliiine. Bump bump bump” followed by.... if they don’t know that one its Bump bump bye! that’s a new trademark but you can use it lol The overall experience was a good one and there staff is excellent at what they do and fun to visit. I’m looking forward to my next appointment, finger crossed no cavities! -Sean

The staff was very professional and helpful! I had to switch dentist due to change in insurance. The staff at Media Brite Smile took the time to get to my dental history and made me feel as though I had been a patient for years.
