I was looking for a new Dentist in Media and this one had amazing reviews and accepted my insurance. I went there today for my first appointment. I was a few minutes early for my 9am and had already submitted all my paperwork electronically. I sat there for 30 minutes and watched two other gentlemen get seen before me even though I was there first. I was apologized to after 20 minutes then when we hit the 30 mark I was apologized to again. I told the woman that this is not a good first impression and I’m leaving if I’m not seen in a minute. She was all shoulders and said sorry we’re down to one doctor. If this was the case, then they should have called me to reschedule or informed me that there was going to be a long wait due to that fact and asked me if I wanted to reschedule. Now I have to find another dentist, wait for another appointment, and take more time off of work.
