Update February 2024: I had the opportunity within the last few weeks to meet and interact with Dr. Derby, the newest dentist in the office. I found her to be thorough, talented, pragmatic, willing to clearly answer all questions, kind and caring. I now have 2 great dentists to see in this office--Drs. Derby and NG. My interactions with the other members of the Brite Smile team continue to be excellent--Colleen, Chrissy, Jo and all the others I have met and/or directly interacted with. The dental hygienists are extremely thorough and offer very good suggestions for keeping one's mouth as healthy as possible . Please never change your excellent practices. I would like to note that it is now December 2023 and I continue to be highly impressed with this dental practice. Dr. Ng has mastered the art and science of dentistry and has a bedside manner that other practitioners should model. Colleen, the reimbursement guru and manager, Jo, Chrissy, the dental hygienist who has cleaned my teeth on a n number of occasions and all the others are highly patient/customer service oriented. In fact, when I contemplate changing dental plans, the first thing I do is check to see if Media Brite Smile is in the network. I was a longstanding patient of Dr. Barton, who I thought was an excellent dentist. When he sold his practice to Brite Smile, I had some concerns. Any concern I had has been put to rest. The dentists at Brite Smile are skilled "technicians" with excellent technique. They are extremely knowledgeable and innovative. I had to have a root tip extracted and the dentist who performed the extraction used a pioneering approach that took nanoseconds. I did not even realize that he had completed the extraction. The replacement dental work is working out well for me, thanks to another fine dentist in the practice.

Good experience, Denise was awesome! Rest of staff were nice. Prices even with insurance are to much, nobody can afford it.
